Costs: Payments for non refundable $7.00 registration fee can be done through PayPal @JeromeNewland351. Payment is for vendor's badge which will allow discounts up to 10% for food, goods, and services in town. Discounts on table spaces up to $70 for a max of 4 spaces. A block of 20 discounted rooms have been arranged at the Red Roof Inn, one of our Sponsors. 2 Double Beds, small refrigerator, tv, Microwave and air conditioned rooms.

Tables are $25 for a 10 X 10 sq-ft
2 for $35, 3 for 60, 4 for $70, max is 4
On setup any space not sold can be purchased at $20/ space first come first first served. More spaces are being arranged if there is an overflow.
I am searching for celebrities, entertainers, vendors, exhibitors, buyers and sellers. Any pop culture venue, brick a brac, specialty shop, games, cards, comics books, collectibles, and all other sellers.
This event will raise funds for the poor and homeless through the coming winter. 100% of all money raised will go to charities already engaged in this important work. Prioritized to Smyth County then to surrounding counties. As funds permit. Each vendor will be asked to donate one or 2 items for auction Sunday afternoon.
A Barbecue is being planned, vendors will get a free plate full when they surrender their badge. 1st come first served.
This is our first one, so everyone needs to be on their best behavior. No alcohol , smoking or weapons are allowed in the VFW. I am working on arranging security over night. Those who want to chip in for a security please let me know.
